Southwest apologizes for delays, cancellations, blames technological innovation concerns

Southwest Airlines flights were delayed and canceled early Saturday early morning. 

In a statement to Fox Business, the airline cited “intermittent efficiency problems adhering to regimen right away routine maintenance of some of [its] backend technological innovation.”

“We supply heartfelt apologies to our buyers for any inconvenience, and gratitude to our staff who are performing diligently to make it up to them,” the airline wrote. “We’ll continue on to update shoppers whose journey with us today may be delayed as consequence of the now-fixed problems.”
